Silicone Global GB-MT REI, easily applicable. Silicone Global GB-MT REI" is a white acrylic-based elastomeric sealant, designed to guarantee excellent fire resistance. Furthermore, the "GB-MT" is used to close small holes, single cable crossings and cable bundles, expansion joints, perimeter sealing of "GB-P" panels and "GB-S" bags, perimeter sealing of non-insulated fireproof pipes. In addition to this, its good permanent elasticity allows it to accommodate the structural movements of the support without giving rise to cracks. Therefore, the fireproof sealant "GB-MT" can be easily applied using a special gun, using shaped cardboard screens to obtain the minimum thickness of the seal required. The external surface can be leveled with a spatula or a damp sponge. The sealant is paintable.
